We the people: The argument of the article by author Terry Eastland is how the Democratic party had the most authority in congress, pushing and proposing bills without the legal clause limiting power of enforcement. The author implications in the first article is that the laws that are enacted are not legally binding because the bills are proposed by people who may have a limited position of authority in the Congress office and the supreme courts uphold those bills to be formally enacted as a law even if the laws are unconstitutional.
