The delivery of nursing care is extremely important to patients and their families. The way an organization delivers care plays an important factor in determining which organization patient/families choose to seek care. The current nursing care delivery model need to be reexamined to reduce cost and improve quality of care. The proposed model is culture Care Diversity and Universality.
