These IT advancements are improving the quality of care, and decreasing costs. Unfortunately, there are many challenges healthcare facilities face concerning the implementation of EHRs. There must be specific strategies employed by an organization to address these issues to enable a smooth transition toward these EHR initiatives.
The following is an analysis of the roles nurses must play as proponents of change in the successful adoption of the latest Information technology.
