*** This assignment is based off of my sleep habits. I am a chronic pain suffer and sleep deprivation has become habitual for me. My bedtime routine starts at 10 p.m. Average time I actually fall asleep is between 3-5 a.m., and I have to get up the next day at 7 a.m. This information need to be included in this along with a chart….however you wish to label information.
