Introduction I am employed as an Industrial Engineer for the United States Postal Service. I have served for about seventeen years and looking forward to retirement in about ten years. As an industrial engineer, I am focused on projects that will improve operations and reduce cost at my facility. Using six sigma methodologies, which include Kanban and other collaboration tools, the team uses innovation to complete our tasks as accurately as possible. In preparing for this assignment I met with Ms. Nina Chamberlin, a marketing manager that is responsible for the oversight of all marketing activities in the Mid-Carolina’s region for the USPS.
