One of the most stressful aspects of everyday life in most urban areas is driving. The news media have popularized the term “Road Rage” as an explosion of uncontrolled emotion under stress while driving. For this assignment, you are to reflect on a frustrating driving situation you have encountered such as being stuck behind a slow driver, or someone taking your parking space, and answer the following questions:

1. What did you feel or what emotions did you experience?

2. Did you express your anger, either privately or to an individual?

3. Do you think you overreacted? Justify or defend your answer.

4. Think of a coping technique that could you employ to avoid feeling enraged in a similar situation.
