There are those who view psychology and Christianity as opposing forces and would suggest that any Christian who supports the pursuit of psychological principles is in opposition to God. Others see that the two concepts are integrated realities of our existence. Your essay should discuss your perspective concerning the role of psychology and its place in a Christian Worldview. Is there a Biblical basis for the study and use of psychology? Can a Christian study and practice psychology and stand resolute to his or her faith? Does the discipline of psychology have any place in a Christian worldview?
It will be necessary for you to include terms and concepts from the covered material you learned throughout this course to demonstrate your position on this issue. Your assignment should clearly demonstrate your understanding and application of the course material and Biblical principles. As such, you should include specific scriptures as references as well as citations from your text. In addition, you will need at least 2 outside sources referenced within your paper.
The essay should include three major sections: the Title Page (Title & Date), Main Body, and References.
