Drawing on the content of this unit, the literature and professional codes and standards, provide a critical analysis of the case study. Your discussion should include: ? An identification and analysis of the ethico-legal issues and conflicts inherent in the case study ? An identification of the actions of health workers that have ethico-legal consequences ? An application and evaluation of ethico-legal principles to decisions made by health workers in the case study, including the consequences of those decisions ? A discussion of negotiated outcomes and an exploration of alternative pathways to resolution IMPORTANT: Word limit: 1500 words. Please adhere to the word limit. Applies knowledge of professional codes and standards to specific situations. Writes clearly and succinctly using correct grammar, correct ethico-legal terminology and correct referencing style consistent with SNM Guide to Referencing. Relevant academic literature is integrated into the assignment.
