Your primary task as director is to evaluate the foodservice operation and devise a quality management/process improvement program to resolve the issue(s) facing the foodservice operation. Use the questions below to guide your operation evaluation, data analysis, and plan of action. ASSIGNMENT GUIDE § Define a minimum of three Approaches to Quality and how they will be used in your quality management program. § Describe the tools you will use in your process improvement (benchmarking, cause analysis, etc.).
