He lost his job and he never carried health insurance. He wants to move to Carthage or Dallas in Texas. Uncle Bob always wanted to be a Texan, so he could carry his 6 shooter. Time is right for him to go to Eden, because former TX Gov. Perry and present Gov. Abbott tell everyone that Texas is an economic paradise. Only problem is Texas did not expand its Medicaid rolls under ACA. You know Uncle Bob. He never got health insurance, and now he must look to the federal exchange program sooner or later. For now, Uncle Bob says he “ain’t supporting Obama or his government takeover of health care. So, he is going pay as he goes. Carthage might be good, because it is close to Shreveport and many of Uncle Bob’s friends. But health care may be a problem for Uncle Bob in Carthage there. Uncle Bob smoked too much; developed high blood sugar; drank like a fish, and ate like there was no tomorrow! Now his 5’6″ body weighs over 300 lbs, and it will not take him 10 steps before it needs a rest to let its chest and right leg pain resolve. Someone told him his heart vessels were narrowed, and he might need a “non-drug stent” to keep them open someday. You know he also loves partying in “New Orleans” and eating gumbo at the local bars. Yes, Uncle Bob has health problems that cost money, and he does not have insurance or a job! You know Uncle Bob likely has worsening peripheral vascular disease (severe claudication of right leg), coronary artery diseases, Type II Diabetes, and obesity.
