Marking Criteria: Ability to identify the communication skills relevant to a social worker and discuss why these skills are important (40%) Evidence of an emerging ability to critically reflect on the feedback received and identifies strategies to improve communication skills (40%) Clarity of expression and adherence to essay writing standard (flow, logic, punctuation, grammar and spelling (10%) Evidence of wide reading (use of no less than 10 academic references) and adherence to referencing standards (APA 6th edition). At least 6 of these will be from the reference list.
