Organizational Diagnosis Paper Students will submit a 2-page Organizational Diagnosis paper using the Marvin Weisbord “Six Box Model” method. Students will explore a group or organization they have been a part of, and by using the “Six Box Model” will analyze what is working in each “box,” what needs to be changed to make things better, and how to do those changes. • 2- pages of full text and discussion complete with proper citations, as needed • Your analysis needs to have the opening paragraph of the organization you are diagnosing and your relationship to that organization. Then go on to analyze each of the individual “Six Boxes” and the category of “Everything Else.” Most importantly, at the end come up with specific recommendations and changes to make the organization run more smoothly. There needs to be a Reference Page listing all proper citations and sources cited
