Abstract
Health care can be defined as the process of treatment to various diseases, illness, injuries and other physical and mental illness. Initially health care was not given ample importance and later due to lots of climatic and environmental changes, it was given top priority and many health care organizations have evolved. Health care organizations include wide range of services like medicine, pharmacy, nursing, chiropractic, allied health and some other care services as well (Brownson,1999). In general access to health care organizations across countries, regions, groups or individual is strictly restricted to the local health policies in place. Each and every health care organization fixes to certain working policies against providing the health care services to the customers and stakeholders. In general health care organizations are established to meet the target audience within a particular location and the corresponding healthcare policies varies from country to county and should follow the World Healthcare Organization (WHO) standards anyways. The structure of health care authorities also varies from one country to county and even there are chances where, the restructuring can happen within the organization also (ROGUT, 2005). The main aim of this study is to evaluate the impact of restructuring and organizational changes on the health care authorizes and thus in this context as the head of operations of We care health organization, the possible impact of restricting is as discussed below
