Health care organizations include wide range of services like medicine, pharmacy, nursing, chiropractic, allied health and some other care services as well (Brownson,1999). In general access to health care organizations across countries, regions, groups or individual is strictly restricted to the local health policies in place. Each and every health care organization fixes to certain working policies against providing the health care services to the customers and stakeholders.
