- All of these factors effect the group dynamic. It could effect how well the group trust the other members in the group, and the degree to which group members get along. There are always politics when groups are formed, especially if the group has members from different departments. Politics such as who will be the “leader” of the group, when the group should meet, how much work each member of the group should do will influence how well everyone gets along.
