In 1-2 pages, please write at least 2 goals with 3 objectives each for your clinical hours with your preceptor. These objectives are due prior to the start of your 45 clinical hours. The idea is to formalize what you are hoping to achieve during your practicum and then to share this with your preceptor at the beginning of your practicum so we are all on the same page. This allows you to personalize your clinical objectives so you get the most that you can out of the experience. Clinical rotation will be completed at The Developmental Disabilities Ministries. This is an organization to empower individuals with disabilities to achieve their highest level of social, physical, and emotional maturity.
