LEARNING OUTCOMES The Masters course is a professional program that requires development of particular attributes for accreditation purposes. These are also included in the learning outcomes. On successful completion of this unit, you should be able to: 1. evaluate challenges for healthcare leaders in ensuring health workers apply a person/familycentred approach in healthcare delivery (Graduate Attribute: 1); 2. analyse the impacts of innovation in technology and information systems in healthcare on person/family-centred care (ACU Graduate Attribute: 2, 3); 3. create strategies underpinned by leadership/theories/frameworks that transform self and engage others in order to achieve practice improvement outcomes (ACU Graduate Attribute: 2) 4. formulate leadership strategies to drive innovation and change for practice improvement in health care (ACU Graduate Attributes: 2, 3); 5. generate leadership strategies that will shape healthcare systems intra and intersectorally to engage and enable consumers and communities to improve healthcare (ACU Graduate Attributes: 2, 6, 9). GRADUATE ATTRIBUTES Each unit in your course contributes in some way to the development of the ACU Graduate Attributes which you should demonstrate by the time you complete your course.
