Our center outpatient ambulatory Gi clinic we deal with 50- 70 cases a day 5-6 nurses, 3 Anesthesia nurses, 3-4 doctors a day, 2 nursing aides plus technicians We have nursing managers and clerks at the front this is our set up pre-op and postop is the same area 9 stations 3 patient per nurse at a time we do electronic and paper charting RN do, assesesnt history taking then preop and post op care We dont go into procedure rooms doctors there with technicians and anesthesia providers We receive patient and report from anesthesia RN or anesthesiologist, when they bring patient back
