Some of the paraphilic fantasies occur during stress. Mr. A’s disorder is classified as Transvestic Fetishism and involves fantasies such as: (a) cross dressing, (b) sexual arousal accompanied by images [such as the desire to be female, and (c) wearing women’s garments with no attention to genitalia.
